Shipping Methods
We partner with Australia Post to provide reliable delivery.
- Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping (Australia Post): Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
Click & Collect is currently unavailable. We may resume this service in the future.
Please note: delivery timeframes may vary due to external factors such as weather events, public holidays, peak periods, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Australia
- Standard Shipping (Limited Time): Free standard shipping on all orders within Australia for a limited time.
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of $10 AUD applies, regardless of the order total.
After the promotion ends: Standard shipping will return to free on orders over $150 AUD within Australia, and a $7.95 AUD flat rate will apply to orders under $150 AUD.
International
- International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.
Order Processing & Dispatch Times
- Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12pm (AEST/AEDT) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for delivery to regional and remote areas.
Any delivery date or time provided by JUAN & ME is a best estimate only. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered due to reasonable or unavoidable delivery delays.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate the change before dispatch.
Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us at customercare@juanandme.com so we can investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
For lost or damaged items, please retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of receiving notification of the issue.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Estimated timeframes:
- Standard international delivery: allow up to 10 working days
- Express international delivery: allow 3–10 working days
All international orders require a phone number for delivery. International delivery to PO Boxes may not be available in all regions/carriers.
JUAN & ME is legally required to declare the full value paid on international shipments and may include an invoice for customs purposes.
