 SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?

Free standard shipping for AU orders over $150

- Standard domestic delivery:  Flat rate $7.95 for orders under $150. Off peak post allow up to 5 working days. 

- Express domestic delivery:  Flat rate $12.95. Off peak post allow 1-3 working days. 

- Click and Collect: Free. 

Pick up hours are Monday - Friday 10am-5pm & Saturdays 10am-4pm from JUAN & ME BOUTIQUE 332 Windsor Street, Richmond NSW 2753

Click & Collect allows you to shop online and pick up from store free of charge.

Note: Please allow at least 24 hours for an email notification to advise order is ready for pick up.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?

Free standard shipping on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS over $150

If you are located outside of Australia, you will require international shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary based on location.

- Standard international delivery:  allow up to 10 working days. 

- Express international delivery:  allow up to 3-10 working days.   

 All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. JUAN & ME BOUTIQUE is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

 

SHIPPING TIME

All orders placed before 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST time are processed the same day. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Orders placed after 12:00 P.M. Monday - Friday AEST or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

Please allow 1-3 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Juan & Me Boutique will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Orders are subject to availability.

Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Please note: deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Delayed or missing parcel enquiries should be directed to Australia Post. Please refer to your tracking information email & the AusPost website for more information.
