PLEASE NOTE: All purchases made during our BOXING DAY sale are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items.

Juan & Me believes in providing high quality products and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; therefore we will offer the following return policy.
E-Boutique Return & Exchange Policy
We will provide you with a refund, credit note or exchange when:
- Merchandise is returned in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached.
- Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed.
- Merchandise is wrongly described.
- Merchandise is different to the item ordered.
- Domestic orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- International orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns will be approved at Juan & Me's discretion. If you wish to make an exchange, the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.
Sale items & full priced items purchased during a promotional sale are non-refundable for change of mind.
Purchases made during our Boxing Day sale are final.

Refunds will be applied to the original card/method of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges or the cost of shipping to return your items. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
