E-Boutique Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Juan & Me believes in providing high quality products and we are confident that you will love what you have purchased from us. However, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; therefore we will offer the following return policy. 

E-Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

We will provide you with a refund, credit note or exchange when:

- Merchandise is returned in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached.

- Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed.

- Merchandise is wrongly described.

- Merchandise is different to the item ordered.

- Domestic orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

- International orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

If you receive an item believed to be faulty, please contact customercare@juanandme.com

Returns will be approved at Juan & Me's discretion.

We do not offer free returns. Shipping returns will be at the customers own cost.

Sale items marked OUTLET or purchased during our WAREHOUSE SALE are considered final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind (including incorrect size).

Regular Sale items and Full priced items purchased during a promotional sale can be returned for a credit note or exchange only - these items cannot be refunded for change of mind. 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on personalised items.

PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on the following items:

  • Jewellery
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Hosiery
  • Hats
  • Accessories

Refunds will be applied to the original card/method of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges or the cost of shipping to return your items. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
