Our physical stores JUAN & ME + JUAN & ME CASA are currently closed due to the NSW Lockdown and we will endeavour to re-open our doors once the NSW Government deems it safe to do so. 

We are still lll picking and packing online orders with FREE shipping for all orders over $150, as well as we are offering the below days for Contactless Click & collect's for our local customers. 

Monday:  11am-4pm (click & collect only)
Wednesday:  11am-4pm (click & collect only)
Friday:  11am-4pm (click & collect only)

Nothing has changed to our online platform and our website remains open, where you can shop 24/7.


We are working closely with our dispatch and delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible. Due to the current situation, there may be delays in delivery times but be assured our warehouse and couriers are currently operating and we will let you know if anything changes.

We know you’ll love your latest JUAN & ME purchase, however if for some reason you need to return your item we’re here to help. In light of the current situation we’re extending our returns policy to 30 days from date of purchase.
